  • Passport copy, valid for more than six months from your travel date
  • One passport-size photograph
  • Travellers transiting via India must obtain an Indian visa in advance
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing by email. Fees are based on how far ahead of travel the cancellation is made:

  • 30 days or more before travel — 100% refundable
  • Less than 30 days before travel, no-shows and early departures — non-refundable
  • For illness or a death in the family, we're happy to help reschedule your tour date instead

Itinerary Adjustments

We hold to the planned itinerary wherever possible, and any changes are always discussed with you first. That said, weather, roadblocks, flight schedules and national events can occasionally require last-minute changes beyond our control, for which we're unable to offer refunds.

Monsoon Season Considerations

During the monsoon months, flight delays are more frequent and roads — particularly in central and eastern Bhutan — may see temporary blockages. Our team works diligently to find the best solution for your comfort and safety whenever this happens.

Airfare Policy

Bodhika Sacred Tours is not responsible for changes in airfare or flight timing by Drukair or Bhutan Airlines. We're glad to help you navigate either airline's own policies when booking.
