Itinerary Adjustments
We will make sure our team gives you the best tour in accordance with the itinerary. Changes to the itinerary can be made with the help of the agency beforehand or during the tour. However, unforeseen circumstances — weather, roadblocks, flight changes, national events — may require itinerary changes without prior notice. No refunds will be provided for disruptions beyond our control.
Required Documents
- Passport copy, valid for more than six months
- Passport-size photograph
- If travelling via India, or in transit, an Indian visa is compulsory
Cancellation Policies
Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice by email. Cancellation fees apply based on the number of days before the travel date.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date are 100% refundable
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the travel date, including no-shows and early departures, are non-refundable
- In case of illness or a death in the family, you may change the tour date in accordance with your circumstances
Considerations During Travel
Typically during the monsoon season:
- Flight delays and cancellations are more frequent
- Road travel may be affected by temporary road blockages, particularly in central and eastern Bhutan
Our team will ensure that in unexpected situations, they work diligently to find the best possible solutions for your comfort and safety throughout your stay in Bhutan.
Airfare Policy
Bodhika Sacred Tours is not responsible for changes in airfare or flight time. Please refer to the respective carrier — Bhutan Airlines or Druk Air — for their own terms and conditions regarding schedule changes.
